My mother came from another assisted living in Florida and the Chelsea is far superior. From the start with Francesca to help with the admission to the administrators and aides, the staff are all wonderful. The Director of The Country Cottage (memory care), Monique is very understanding and helped make my mothers transition easier as well as being very communicative. It’s difficult to place a loved one with dementia in a facility but my family has been very happy with The Chelsea at Greenburgh.”
