“Great selection of Professional Salon products, very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff. I go there FREQUENTLY and I have never seen anyone who works there DISRESPECT anyone! They greet everyone so friendly and ask if they could help you find anything specific. They have locations throughout the East Coast. The owner does NOT work at any of the stores, just to clarify other reviews. The store managers go through extensive training and are required to attend meetings at their corporate location. They are constantly being educated on all product lines. When new products are released, the beauty supply gets them before the salons do. They carry products for ALL ethnicities & hair types. The store is so organized & clean. They service & sell only to licensed beauty professionals & salons because professional beauty products ARE NOT meant to be used by anyone WITHOUT a State License! People dont realize how dangerous professional chemicals used to color, straighten, etc hair if you are NOT trained & licensed. The products sold at Professional Beauty Supplies are NOT your drugstore products. One of my favorite, local, Professional Beauty Supply Stores!”

“The gentleman that took care of my order was very helpful and patient. The item I wanted wasn't on display. He was kind enough to get a tape measure so I would have an idea of the freezer I was purchasing. The two men who delivered the freezer were on time, helpful, kind and accommodating. There was a link in my texts where I was able to see the time they would arrive and they were right on time. I am very thankful that I was helped by that best buy rep and also for the delivery men. A great experience.”

“I was involved in a car accident on 9 8/22. I needed a ride. I was ride sharing until today. I stumbled across the vehicle I have here. I kept trying to find the car in my state (NJ) . I surrendered earlier this week (Tuesday) & went to White Plains, NY. I was assigned Melvin. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, accomadating and professional. He didn't try to handle or hassle me into a higher price vehicle. I appreciate that. The other part is that when I told him what time I was arriving, he had everything ready for me. I was literally in by 12/12:30 PM & out by 2 PM. Anyone who knows the car buying process knows that this is like the Express lane. Now I had a part. I knew what I wanted. He (Melvin) helped me with becoming familiar with the features. Thanks Naeem & Melvin for valuing my time. Anyone - If you know what you want, and they have it, then go where they know what they are doing.”

“Cleanest laundromat ever in town. They keep the washer and dryers really clean. I don't see much stains in the detergent slots and dust right below the mouths of the washers. Very impressive. The staff are in the building, very kind and managing pretty well. Wifi is provided. Sitting area is not big but quite quiet. Wow.. this is the place I want to know only lol I'm afraid if it gets dirtier if it gets more customers. It is that nicer compared to other ones I have been to. Very clean and open restroom for customers. Quite pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place.”
