“F45 is a top tier and intense workout that involves all age ranges, former athletes, and any one who wants to push themselves to stay in shape. No workout is ever the same, you will leave exhausted and it is nothing to be alarmed by - what you put in you will get out of it. Andrew and his staff provide a great environment for you to get the best out of each session. The music is on point - usually House/Hip Hop (my personal favorite to work out too). The studio is always spotless and sanitized at all times - especially after every class. I joined in April and have seen fantastic results - the best out of any competitive gym ( Orange Theory, Personal Trainer, etc.). If you are looking for a structured workout and can spare the 45 minutes - I highly recommend giving it a try!”

“They did a great job installing my hitch and bike rack. They have an awesome gem of a showroom that I wish I had visited before buying my rack. They took me on time and delivered my car back in the 2.5 hour window that they estimated. Connor gave me a great demo of rack and Diego was very kind and patient in working with me to reschedule my appointment a few times which caused some inconvenience for them. I found this experience to be a more pleasurable and time efficient than going to my dealership service department plus it is one stop shopping (hitch and rack). A little hard to find: park in back lot (same lot as Shiraz restaurant) and go upstairs to second floor.”

I was very very scared as I had a bad experience many years ago Where in I awoke mid-surgery and felt everything with a different Doctor for different medical issues. He held my hand and treated me like family until I fell asleep. Since the day we met he has been very verbal and patient with all of my questions, even when repeating them. The shop is conveniently on Main Street, near the highway exit I was initially stranded on. Bert changed my tire quickly and solved a rim spacing issue I had on the wheel.
