I prefer customer service and the bankers knowing me over the more modern, online only, tech savvy banking my kids do. 1st Midwest may offer the more modern approach but I am happy with going to the bank and I’ve never been disappointed w service there. We had a large group and the staff was super accommodating. They were able to put a table together for us and gave great recommendations. Everything we ate was delicious.
