“Pam went above and beyond what I expected for a 1st time appointment. She was sweet, accommodating, didn't pressure me and was reassuring with everything she did. I had an incredible muscle spasm in the shoulder (I told her a scale of 7 out of 10. By the end of the appointment it was a 5. The next day or went to a 2 and today less than a 1. I tried everything for this including 3 chiropractor appointments and 2 Dr. Appointments where they gave me steroids and muscle relaxers over the last 9 days and nothing worked the way this did! She did some cupping, some regular needles, some topicals and some electric stim through needles and nothing was painful for more than a split second. Most were no pain at all. She explained everything and even found some problem areas that I had no idea could be related. Well kept office and room. Clean! And she was able to take me next day after I made an appointment. I just happen to Google her and took a chance and I'm so glad I did!”

My mother came from another assisted living in Florida and the Chelsea is far superior. From the start with Francesca to help with the admission to the administrators and aides, the staff are all wonderful. The Director of The Country Cottage (memory care), Monique is very understanding and helped make my mothers transition easier as well as being very communicative. It’s difficult to place a loved one with dementia in a facility but my family has been very happy with The Chelsea at Greenburgh.”
