“During my training for a 100 mile run, I had a session with Dr. James Benz about once a week. In our first session he performed a thorough assessment by examining my alignment, joint ranges of motion, and more. In the subsequent sessions we focused on spine, hip, and ankle adjustments, as well as massage therapy. I left every session with less tension and more range of motion. It’s a huge plus that he has a background in strength and conditioning. I finished my 100 mile race surpassing my time goal and minimal damage to my legs. I credit much of this to Dr. Benz and his work on me. I still work with him once a week to make sure my body feels great!”

His skill and knowledge are obvious and while he operates at a New York (quick) pace, he is very attentive to questions and thorough with his answers.
