This is my first time ever purchasing from Wine Enthusiast and I’m quite impressed. Blown away actually by their excellent customer service. I purchased a Buffalo leather wine bag as a gift. The bag is beautiful and well made but unfortunately, when I attempted to place two bottles of wine in it, the second bottle did not fit within the zippered area and the top of the bottle poked out. I called Wine Enthusiast about my concern and they asked for a video which I emailed and they confirmed the bag was damaged and will be sending me another bag at no cost. I’m looking forward to receiving the new bag. All this happened within a couple days this week. They have amazing customer service and wonderful people who care and aim to please their customers. I’ll be certain to purchase again from Wine Enthusiast in the near future!
