“Two of my 9 X 12 wool area rugs got soaked when my house got a bit flooded from Tropical Storm Ida. Noel picked them up -- no easy feat -- took them back to his shop to clean and dry them and then brought them back in a very timely manner. When he brought the rugs back he and his coworker took great care in moving my furniture to put the rugs back in place. Noel was responsive to my calls and questions, was very dependable, keeping appointments made, or letting me know he was delayed. His pricing was also extremely reasonable.
