“In my experience, finding an auto repair shop is not as simple as it sounds. After all, it’s only after the complete experience you would decide if the expectation you had were actually met. A panoramic roof on my MB C300 jammed and would not operate. Once I came across Benz Express reviews and looked at their website, I made a call and scheduled an appointment to diagnose the problem. This shop specializes on Mercedes Benz vehicles and they had experience with this issue. Aside from the repair estimate, they explained the repair process and provided answers to my questions in great detail. The appointment to make the repairs was scheduled for the following week to allow time for parts delivery and to set aside the time needed for this labor intensive job. The repairs were done as promised and to my complete satisfaction. I am very pleased with this business and their friendly and experienced mechanics. So, when suddenly in a position where I had to drive in an urgent situation, I was stuck and trying to figure out what was where in the car when a headlight blew. “A comfy coffee spot in Pleasantville that’s very homey. I had the matcha latte and croissant which was very good. I really enjoyed the ambiance here, with pastries and products from local businesses on display. You can tell it’s a community hub, with a consistent line throughout the day and plenty of flyers on their bulletin board. It’s also a nice location right across the street from the farmers market. I’ll definitely return again to try their chai latte (which appeared to be a really popular order)!”
