“Dr. Regard is amazing. I was a patient of hers for 7 years and she has always been kind, caring, and compassionate. She is the one who diagnosed my endometriosis, she listened to me after I had been to countless doctors who all blew off my pain and referred me to pysch, but Dr. Regard called it the very first time I met her. I have always been very comfortable with her too, she listens as any good doctor should without making judgements or faces or any indications to make one think they aren't being heard or respected. I also appreciate her honesty, surgery was something I wanted to put off as an absolute last resort and she respected that, but she also isn't the type to just agree to appease you, she told me when it was time and she did an amazing job. Truly she is an amazing doctor and something special. Thank you so much for saving my life Dr. Regard!”

“For the last month I have gone round and round with Verizon and FiOS and couldn't get anything accomplished. I was sent to this store from a friend who said the staff was great and I have to agree that it was. I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I was so turned off by Verizon, and it showed in my attitude but the ladies were so pleasent. I would have canceled all my service if it wasn't for the store manager Janice and her staff, they even offered me water (who does that). This old school type of customer service needs to be brought back into most of your store. If anything the ladies here should train all the other Verizon employees in how to interact with upset customers. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any location. Thank you ladies for your service and southern charm.”
