Luckily, I didn't need worst case scenario! Given the heatwave, other companies told me it would be a few weeks. I mean, of course they are backlogged! But Francis fit me into his schedule. He walked me thru everything, documented everything and even fixed things others had done wrong when something didn't seem right (e.g. hoses connected the wrong way). Their Covid protocols and standards are A-1, as well as the facility being spotless. All the personnel are kind and welcoming, from the receptionist when you walk through the door to the physical therapists and assistants. My personal therapist, Sandy Gomes, was fabulous. Sandy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She never pushed my limits or made light of my pain. Sandy was an upbeat, positive and nice person as well. She always made me feel great about even the most tiny progress! In the weeks I’ve been going to ProClinix my ankle injury has greatly improved. If you need physical therapy this is the place to go.”
