“Dr David Kauvar is the most caring, kind and patient doctor. He is like the TV series "Dr Kildare." Today, most health care doctors are rushed and usually can only give 15 min. tops of their time, trying to make as much money as they can n squeezing in as many patients who don't seem to really care about a person's well being... Not Dr Kauvar. He stays with you until you fully understand your medical issue n best course of treatment. He was so very kind to my 97 yr old Mother when i brought her in for an evaluation. She had a touch of Dementia. If Dr Kauvar didn't understand something she said, gently he would apologize and ask her to repeat what she said. I can't convey enough how fortunate it is to be one of Dr. Kauvars patients. He recently explained in detail an Anal-Metrometry test I had that should have been explained by the person who did the test at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in NYC and should have been explained by my Retro Colon specialist. Dr. Kauvar was patient and thorough to make sure i fully undetstood what all the numbers meant on the test results. Once I understood this, I felt like cement was removed from my heavy heart. Dr. Kauvar gave me much hope n showed me that my condition is not as severe as other professionals made me believe it was. I highly recommend Dr Kauvar for his professionalism and kindness.”
