“One of the two middle schools for the area. Great great location, right I the town of chappaqua. When I was a student I loved that I could go into town right after school with friends and walk home if I choose too. The school has changed a lot since I was there in the late 90s. I got a great education and learned some life lessons especially dealing with meanor difficult teachers!!”

“As a longtime instructor, I enjoy teaching here and working with the staff and families. It's a comfortable and supportive environment to do my job, and in turn, I'd say the students are able to thrive in whatever instrument and style they choose. There is strong student retention compared to some other places I have taught. Nice families.”

“I went here 98-02 so I know things have changed a lot but when I went there it gave me a great education in academics but it had horrible social situations which did prepare me on how to interact and deal with difficult people. I had some of the best and worst teachers including some that actually took an interest. Sports were not the best, parents got too involved and took the fun out of actually playing and competing. I have heard this has improved somewhat. I don't know what has changed but the best part about the school when i went was your ability to pick some of your classes and times they met and being able to leave campus during your free period(s). It gave me the independence of college level academics which prepared me for college and the real world!”

“I took piano lessons with Marina from the time I moved to Westchester in 7th grade through high school, and I am almost certain that I would not have experienced the same growth as a pianist in those six years with another instructor. Though patient, Marina teaches her students not to settle for anything less than excellence. The quality of Marina's teaching that I find most notable, however, is her ability to guide her students as they develop interpretations of a given piece. If music is only about technique, why play at all? Marina does not teach piano; she teaches the essence of what it means to be a pianist.”

“It is good swim club. It has a nice pool and good food. I favorite thing is the diving boards. I think that the pool club should add a water slide in the future.”

“There is no better place to send your child if you live in the area. ALL of the teachers and their assistants are top notch. The staff is just amazing -- happy, cheerful, understanding and tolerant. The facility is also HUGE, where children have the ability to exercise and learn coordination. My son is extremely active and World Cup meets all of his needs. He loves his teachers and the other students and doesn't even look back when I drop him off. ”
