Honda of New Rochelle - Service Department

Had a great experience with my sales associate Robert,he was such a great fit to the company. He really knows his stuff and everything about the HR-V that we purchased. He made the transition so easy from trading my old Honda into buying a new car.

Its was good, parts I needed were available. But i Still think they need to stock plastics push in screws with ball joint ends with the rubber grease skirts for new model mirrors...not stocking those parts is a **** Injustice to loyal Honda customers paying top dollars for these vehicles.****

Charlie and the entire Honda of New Rochelle service team are top notch professionals. Everyone worked hard to ensure the repairs were completed quickly and efficiently, and they made sure that all of us were comfortable during our wait for the work to be completed.
