Called Willman's service for an oven issue. I spoke to a lovely woman by the name of Libby. She scheduled an appointment. Gave me a three hour window. I asked for a 20 min call ahead. The tech called me within the time slot and was at my house 25 mins later. The tech (Michael) was polite and respectful.He found the problem in about 15 mins and had my oven heating in about 30 mins. The bill was reasonable.Actually less then i expected. I am very thrifty and sometimes can be hard to please but was impressed from my phone call to schedule to Michael's professionalism. I will certainly use them again if needed. It is always a pleasure to find a local service company that you can trust and rely on.
