(May 16, 2016, 6:38 pm)I am the 3rd owner of my home- built in 1930. Our awning was installed over 20 years ago and maintained by Westchester Awning for the 2nd owner. They highly recommend keeping Westchester awning as our provider. They recently replaced the original with a new cover. No hard sell, they just informed us that the old one was near they end of it's use ( we could tell it was almost done) The new one is made just as well as the old one. They take customer service serious as they are old school. I had questions and concerns about the new cover and they called back quickly to answer my questions. They are in business to service the customer.
