“Called for a first time delivery on a Friday at $2.85 per gallon for the following Monday. When I called on Monday to get the time of delivery I was told between 1 and 3 and that the price was $2.75 . So they delivered 500 + gallons and charged me $ 2.85 . I called and explained this, they accused me of lying and said that no one there would have ever told me that and were extremely rude, guess I should have read reviews before using this company as this seems to be their standard operating practice. Update As you can see by the their response they are extremely rude and I did not demand the lower price and was not screaming. I informed them that I was told the price was $ 2.75 and they accused me of lying and that I was never told that at which time I did become aggravated that they would accuse me of lying instead of just apologizing for the confusion. Second Update The Owner Dave called and was very apologetic and was appreciative of my business. He seemed like a really good guy and adjusted the price.”
