“Since seeing Michael I’m able to enjoy working out again. I’m 46 and been weight Training and Martial Arts since I was 13. So recovery is everything for me. Getting ready for bodybuilding shows in 2016 started going heavy and training more frequent which led to my muscles loosing its range of motion. Started to feel tight and shoulder pain. The strider is like an elliptical machine but smaller and you can do so much more on it like squats and arms. The cardiovascular workout is amazing. My body has gotten so much more toned since I started this class six months ago. I highly recommend trying Go Stride! The instructors are all great too!”

“Dr. Koyfman is amazing. He explained in detail all related to my vision and care for my eyes. He was very polite and answered every question. I would recommend him 100%. Now the front desk, the two young ladies are very sweet and respectful; however, the older lady with blond hair speaks with a tone of attitude. I suggest the owner trains her better in customer service. I will go back to this establishment only because Dr. Koyfnan is the best!”

I’ll admit I was skeptical because I never had surgery in my life. But Dr. Bonheur was kind, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. There’s a reason he’s got all those awards. I have followed everything to the nth degree before and after my surgery. A month out I’m down 46 pounds down and I feel fabulous! Continuing to lose more and be healthier overall. The surgery was definitely the right decision for me. I will say this if you’re planning on doing it go to Dr. Bonheur. He is the best. I’ll admit it hurt like hell but it was worth it! He’s the kind of doctor that will call you on the weekend if you have questions that the office cannot answer. He really cares about his patients.”
