The owners are a wonderful husband and wife team, both black belts btw, they make learning martial arts fun. They've been teaching for almost 30yrs. They also offer adult geared classes on kickboxing etc.. I'm so glad we found this school. If you're thinking about putting ur kids into martial arts, check these guys out, it's a great school”

“Rachel has been absolutely amazing since we started working with her in June. She is kind, organized, flexible and truly cares about each child and their goals. She worked hard for us with our insurance company to get these services approved without me having to do much, which was very helpful & definitely appreciated. The space is bright, welcoming & kept extremely clean. My daughter (who rarely likes any specialist) truly enjoys going to see her each week. She is always prompt and has been great with explaining my daughter’s actions/needs to me and my husband. I have seen so many improvements in my daughter since she started working with Rachel & am able to easily continue certain activities at home due to her thorough explanations. It is not always easy to connect with a therapist & feel comfortable, but Rachel is truly special. The fact that my daughter loves her speaks volumes! I highly recommend Rachel & The Therapy Nest.”
