“I cannot express how much I loved my experience here. I was coming for my first facial and was a little tense and nervous because I wasn't sure how it was going to go, the tools she would use, how the different products would feel, etc. Carolina was so gentle and sweet and made me feel safe and at ease. She would constantly check in on me and ask me how I was feeling, if I was ok, and would reassure me if I got slightly anxious. The whole experience was amazing. My face felt so much nicer, cleaner, rejuvenated, and relaxed during and after the facial. The massage was soothing and much needed, and Carolina was knowledgeable in feeling which areas on your neck/back are stiff, where stress goes, if you're more tense in some areas, etc. Not to mention, Carolina is less of an esthetician and more of a friend. She is calm, reassuring, gentle, and makes sure you're happy with what she's doing the whole time. I could not recommend her services enough, and I cannot wait to go back again, which won't be long before I do! Absolute best place to get a facial, and her other services are great too!”
