“The moment I entered Empire Buick of White Plains, Lydia Gutierrez greeted me by my name. Lydia has always been very professional whenever I come for service. This time I had a water leak. When I said I would wait Lydia said it could take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. She arrange for a ride to take me home and pick me up. When I returned Lydia greeted me with a smile. After I paid my bill she walked me out to my car. Can't comment on the actual repair until it rains, howeve based on the service department past performance I am sure the leak was taken care of.”

I honestly cannot see this particular shop getting a bad review. I used to go to another local Valvoline to get my oil changed but the staff changed along with the service so I switched locations but not companies. I had great experiences at my original Valvoline location, just wasn’t happy when I noticed a change in service. So I stayed with the franchise. Very glad I did! The Valvoline located at 374 Central Avenue in White Plains, New York is only as good as the staff that work there. I will not take my truck anywhere but there to get my oil changed. The staff are professional, friendly, and fast! And you do not need to exit your vehicle unless you want to.”

It’s not a shop with 20 people, so when Dan, who posted a bad review, wanted him to stop working in his regular customers cars, who he made commitments to- I don’t see that as bad service. I see that as Dan not getting what he wanted when he wanted which has nothing to do with the shop. Artie will do his best to find the best price parts to repair your car, he informs you every step of the way and charges a fair rate. He isn’t trying to take advantage.”
