I was very much pleased that we bought the informal dining seating from them, especially because Tom helped us think through which corner of the dining area would be great. Tom worked professionally and communicated things clearly that helped us make the purchase quicker. The delivery man was helpful and accommodating as well. “I just finished purchasing more than 7 thousand dollars worth of furniture from this people and let me tell you that if you know how to shop (quality) you won't be let down! I had a situation with delivery (they scratched my floor a little bit) but the manager took care of everything, he took care of the issue on July 4, AWESOME! , I mean this people will go beyond the call of duty to satisfy you, love it! “Our whole experience at Mattress Firm Clearance was very positive. The sales team is knowledgeable and able to work with any budget. David Castro is especially helpful; he was very accommodating with replacing a damaged remote for our adjustable bed frame. He even shipped it to our address (we live in a remote area of the Catskill Mountains) and followed up with a phone call that it was on the way. I would have gladly given this a five star rating, but there was a VIP Setup Service charge of $149, even though I had to set everything up myself. When I asked about this charge, I was told it was because of the large number of items in the delivery and because of the adjustable bed frame, which was heavier than most items. Neither of these explanations really satisfied me, especially when they had previously waived the $99 delivery fee when I placed the order.”
