“Great place to join our daughter was going to a different gymnastics but did the same routine all the time found out about this place and took her for a trial. She loves it and does more than she ever did at the other place. Not to mention the owner is a world renowned Olympic medalist. Place is not fancy nor have the best equipment but it’s got what other places lack. Every coach definitely treats each person with respect and spends time with them. It’s over 30 minutes from us but worth the drive. Plenty of parking available, seating upstairs and downstairs to view your child. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.”

He tailored all my exercises to reduce any strain on the knee and helped me to strengthen it. I left there not only more physically fit, but with a new confidence. “I highly recommend Fit Body Bootcamp. The trainers are motivating and they keep you moving throughout the workout. The workout is 45 minutes long and the exercises are planned out in advance to target different parts of the body each day. You never have to waste time deciding what you are going to do. Each exercise is demonstrated and the trainers help you with your form if needed. There are modifications you can do if a particular exercise is not good for you due to injury or other issue. There are occasional “challenges” that help motivate you to push yourself to reach your goals. I did the 6 week challenge and “won” because I lost the most weight (16 lbs.). I think if you know you are doing your best and reaching your goals then you’ve already won, but it’s still nice to be acknowledged. It’s a nice environment with friendly people but you are able to stay focused and get in, do your workout, and get out and on with your day. There is an app to schedule your classes which helps keep you accountable for showing up. Darren, the owner is always responsive and available to help you with any questions and also provides suggestions for dietary choices to help maintain your goals. “I love yoga with Beth! I am so motivated to join her as she is virtual but also live online. I can not get myself to do any recorded classes so I am so very grateful that Beth began her program. I live in Virginia and would be unable to go in person. This class is one of the few blessings that came from this pandemic. I feel so much more centered and focused for the week since participating in Beth's Gentle Yoga classes every weekend. It is challenging for the body and the mind, yet gentle. “Great new studio in Mohegan Lake with a great variety of classes. Check out 3x3 - it's the only studio in NY offering this awesome workout with the only certified instructor in NY. My favorite is Restorative Yoga on Thursday evenings. I feel great afterwards, sleep is amazing and I wake up feeling refreshed. Kat always has something new to add to the class. It's a must try for everyone!”

“My life would not be the same without the guidance and support of Coach’s Craig and Coach Guy of Massi Machado! They are absolutely amazing individuals who have changed my outlook on working out and getting fit. I struggled my whole life with thinking skinny was beautiful and that I was less than because I was overweight. Now I know that’s not true. I’m stronger than I ever was before and all of my limitations due to my weak neck and back are gone. I am forever grateful for their commitment to me, their way of making me feel on top of the world when I walk in the gym and most of all for making feel beautiful and confident in myself.
