“Citibank shouldn't open accounts on people and then close them on them three days later and then refuse to release your money you put into that account to you when you go into the branch they should release those funds to you. I had no money in my pocket and they refused to give me my money out of my account. Thank God for one of the one banker that works there she felt bad for me and helped me out with a few bucks so I could get home. Otherwise I would have had no way to get home. Today cause they refused to release my money back to me in Cash and unblock the account.”

We did scoff at his predictions that the tear out of two bathrooms would take only 1 1/2 days and the entire project would be turn key complete in two (2) weeks. The contractor was right on target with all predictions. The day to day work crew was punctual, and highly competent. The work site prepped with drop cloths and swept clean at days end. We finished the project with a desire to show it off to everyone we know. Highly Recommend.”

I prefer customer service and the bankers knowing me over the more modern, online only, tech savvy banking my kids do. 1st Midwest may offer the more modern approach but I am happy with going to the bank and I’ve never been disappointed w service there. I strongly recommend if service matters!”
