This pizzeria has brought the Bronx slice to upper Westchester and I'll say I've found my new pizza shop. The pizza was cheesy, saucy and the dough/ crust cooked to perfection. “I am happy to get to try the New Popeyes today for lunch which had it's grand opening in January 2021. The food was very good and the staff is very generous in giving out a large bag of fries. I haven't been to any other Popeyes that gives out a large bag of fries at all than this place and this place is the first to give out large bag of fries if you order them. The chicken sandwiches are really good and if you want some flavor, I highly recommend you go for the spicy chicken sandwich. Moreover, if you are really hungary when you go and eat there after you finish exercising like I did, I would recommend getting a side order of french fries because they give you a generous amount of fries. As a customer, with the chicken sandwiches and fries, I am glad to say that the fries and the sandwich stuffed me up really good.”

“The portions are large, but the cost of each plate is high. As far as atmosphere goes it's beautiful, but it is very loud inside the restaurant. Sound carries and echos over everything, so you have to shout to carry on a conversation. Not a great place if you want to hear your date, but if you're going out with a group of friends (that will probably be loud anyway) it's a good stop. I got the Prime Pub Salad, which was overdressed and underseasoned. I did like the variety of ingredients in the bowl, however. I enjoy a lot of different textures in my salads. My fiancé got the French dip, which he said was phenomenal. The tots that came with it were average. It's not a place that we will be dying to go back to, but would go again if friends wanted us to join them.”

“Cute little cafe just by the train station. I took a random ride to Peekskill and had brunch here while waiting for a return train to Manhattan. “Oldstone Inn is truly a hidden gem. My husband and I stayed there for a much needed pandemic getaway and had an incredible experience. The grounds and views are beautiful but the real standouts were the food and the lovely, attentive staff. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, without being pretentious (as often happens with fine dining). Many of the team members are Blue Hill at Stone Barns alumns and their passion for their craft was evident in every single dish. They took care to modify dishes based on our dietary preferences and it was a pleasure speaking with the chefs, who came out periodically, as well as the servers, who were happy to tell us the story behind each dish.
