“Season’s kosher supermarket took over an empty Gristedes store that had been vacant for a few years. They had two smaller stores in the Same shopping center. The new store has a phenomenal selection of fresh produce and fruits that struck me as very reasonably priced. Given our new rules of social distancing, all of their staff wore masks and the cashiers also were wearing gloves. Between their butcher shop, seafood section and deli, as well as great looking prepared foods, I have become a loyal customers! Today I returned to Seasons and I realized that this is possibly one of the safest supermarkets to shop at for all of our shopping needs and you don’t have to be Jewish to shop here! Their prices in their seafood department are competitive and the Scottish Salmon I bought was delicious! There are many benefits for shopping at Seasons. There are no lines at their checkout counters and they have a remarkable selection of everything from fresh made sushi and a dedicated staff ready to assist your needs!”

“Our plumber recommended that we buy a Toto toilet and since we love our plumber and needed a new toilet, we went in search of a plumbing store that carries this brand. We happily discovered Fenimore Plumbing Supply on Halstead Avenue in Mamaroneck. Not only did they have a lovely selection of Toto toilets, they also carried all Kinds of gorgeous tubs, faucets, sinks as well as vanities. When I asked if I could try one out, I got a firm “ no”! I realized the misunderstanding and said that I just wanted to sit on the Toto toilet, not “ use” it! It was indeed very comfortable! While they are open to the public during the Coronavirus pandemic, they are very strict regarding social distancing and are limiting customers in their showroom. I was ready to buy on the spot but we decided to check their prices and I’m happy to say that they are very competitive and we’d rather support our local businesses, especially if we know we are getting a good price!”

The bag is beautiful and well made but unfortunately, when I attempted to place two bottles of wine in it, the second bottle did not fit within the zippered area and the top of the bottle poked out. I called Wine Enthusiast about my concern and they asked for a video which I emailed and they confirmed the bag was damaged and will be sending me another bag at no cost. I’m looking forward to receiving the new bag. All this happened within a couple days this week. They have amazing customer service and wonderful people who care and aim to please their customers.
