“It was a decently hot day today. The line was literally out the door. There were three workers, they worked pretty fast considering the line. They also had their own system to make the line go faster. The ice cream is obviously always really good. Had a very satisfying ice cream and customer service”

“Best. Bagels. Ever. Three and a half years ago we moved to a condo about a mile away from these bagels. We soon discovered Heartland bagels and now we know what bagels are supposed to taste like. We’ve tried every kind they make. They’re all fantastic. Great crust. Soft delicious insides. My personal faves are sesame and cinnamon raisin. Husband loves the everything bagels. They also have a variety of cream cheeses, and lovely lox, cookies and chocolate babka and more. We bring them to relatives in San Diego and Newport RI and anywhere else where they can’t get real New York bagels. Company at our place get bagels and lox for breakfast and go home with bags full of their faves. We’re moving to Philly soon - What will Xmas morning be without Heartland Bagels? ???? Sunday mornings there can be looong lines, but I promise you it’s worth it. Have to admit I’ve never tried the coffee - it’s all about the bagels!”

“Want to start by saying the lady that greets you has amazing customer service. If even its simple hello and comments on your shirt. She gives you a welcome and friendly vibe. Now on to the treats. The first time I went there I got their cheesecake. That was amazing good. Its more on the tart side as cheesecake go and they balanced it by added a thin layer of icing. And its a great price. 3 dollars. Now I went back willing to try more of their desserts. And have to say i went for a cupcake this time, wanted to explore what they have. I was a bit disappointed. They icing was good but when you bite into the cupcakes it was hard and dry. I dont know if it was a bad batch or cupcakes the day before. Would i come back again, yess. Just for the chessecake and to explore what else they have.”

“Friendly, good service, great food, always fresh and just how you like it. Great place for sweets too. Minor things will bother you but they are seriously minor. You're going to wait a little for your yummy goodness because you can't rush perfection. The staff could be a little more specific to ask you what type of milk you would like in your coffee but at times just make it and given the line and the wait, don't worry just enjoy it, because anyway you slice it, its going to be good anyway and its good to climb out of your nest of the usual. The cooking stations don't have good ventilation, even with the door opened, so just be prepared to continue smelling like what's been cooking and if anyone asks you say yes, you just got done cooking breakfast for friends or family. Seriously though, if you honestly have anything negative to say about this little gem on the island, shame on you. Nothing in life is perfect but these guys do their best to come very close. Make the trip, park your car and come in with a smile and enjoy because these awesome people are seriously Not Just Bagels... ❤ Special Note: Thanks to the staff for always taming my growling stomach. Hope my honest review reaches you well. It's a 4, granted but IMO it should be so you guys keep reaching for greatness. Your effort is noticed and much appreciated from this patron.”
