“I have been coming here since October of 2019 for a regular cleaning which was a decent job. The last time was in the middle of Feburary of 2019 and the service I was provided was excellent. I got the super interior wash or the ultimate interior wash and I was 100% satisfied. The last person who perform the cleaning took his time, he did not rush and cleaned all of the cracks and hinges of my car to make sure that they were clean and completely dry. I was extreme pleased with the service I received. UPDATE: I've been to this place about 5 times since the first time I went there. The last time in April of 2020 the workers did a rush job.”

“I am an older gentleman and desperately needed to use the restroom. Maulik a.Vyas was on duty at the time and allowed me its use. I was in extreme need and he showed me where it was. The restroom was very clean up to Covid standards with soap dryer and facilities in good working order. The store proper was clean, well stocked and all shelves were straight and neat. Proper signage was in evidence. The floors were clean and uncluttered. The grounds were also free of debris and clean. Mr. Vyas was extremely courteous and polite and should be given a raise. “Paid for an ultimate wash here a few days ago and there was still soap residue left on my windshield and side windows after going through. Otherwise cleaned the rest of my car very well. Probably one of the most aggressive auto washes I have ever gone through before. The free vacuums here are the primary reason as to what makes this location worth it. Beware if it is a busy day you will most likely be waiting a while to use either the auto-wash or the vacuums. There are 3 lanes that merge into one for the wash and it can get backed up very quickly. If there is somebody trying to come out of the vacuum area and you are trying to go into it from the wash lane, you have to go back out and come back into it from the busy main road. Poor flow design here and such expensive wash prices if you don't have a membership plan.”

“My experience with the Shop in Rotterdam was 10 stars. Could not have asked for better people to do the paint protection and ceramic coating on my 2023 c8 corvette. The Shop was recommended by a few friends who had work done there and they were more than satisfied. Being in business, I know how important return phone calls are. From my first conversation and meeting with Derek it was great. When my car was delivered to t he dealership in Glens Falls, Derek met my wife and I there and took the car via his trailer to The Shop. One day while in the area of the Shop I stopped by to see the progress of the car All the staff were just like Derek, kind, knowledgeable and very fair. John gave us the tour and it was most impressive. In summary, they have my business forever. Derek returned all my texts and emails immediately and called my cell phone when we had to discuss a few more things, I have a funeral home business with multiple cars and Derek will be the one as well as his staff to do anything with these other vehicles. If you are looking to do something with your car or truck regarding the services the Shop offers you will be most satisfied and well taken care of . The service could not have been much better”

“I used Glamour Me Studio Inc for videography for my wedding this past November. At first, I was drawn to the very reasonable price. I must say I got more than my money's worth from him! I am thrilled with my wedding video! John was always very responsive to all my emails and helped me pick out the right package for both what I wanted and my budget. He really wants to work with you to make sure you get the best possible product. We had a rather tricky wedding in that it was going to be outside and after the sun had gone down. It was no problem for John, who came up with several solutions so that we would still have a wonderful video. Everything was awesome the day of. I never even noticed a camera and yet somehow everything was captured as if they had been right next to me the whole time. I love the way our video is edited! It perfectly captures how our wedding was and the key moments in it. I know it will be someting I treasure and watch for years to come”

“Bought the ultimate package for $42 and it was totally worth it. After washing my Suburban they went inside with an air hose and thoroughly cleaned the interior.
