“I feel bad for those traveling East Bound that are stuck at the Indian Castle Service Center which is small and not well kept. Iroquois Service Center is by far a better designed building. Open and spacious to take a minute to stretch, rest, use the restrooms, and stop at the convince store, or get food at Chick-fil-A, Burger King, or Starbucks. This should have been the standard design and size for ALL the "new" service centers.”

“This is definitely my favorite gas station in Albany. I always get gas at a decent rate and most important a quality product for the vehicles and machines I operate. The gas is measured to the gallon. At other gas stations gas pumps appear to not be calibrated correctly. Now that the mechanical part is over I would like to shoutout the manager Amanda who is real pleasure to buy gas from. She is the representative in the trenches for this location and I'm grateful there is such a knowledgeable person managing this location. The new girl is great and I also need to shoutout the young man who would work nights who is no longer at this store. He was the man!”

“A hidden gem. A two-way road leads you to a small shack, about a 5 minute walk to the actual dock, or if available, they have a golf cart shuttle. We rented a pontoon boat, first time operating one. Actually less "bouncy" then a regular boat and a lot more room to lounge and tan.. Don't forget to rent a tube, especially if kids on board. Restrooms are available. Very pleasant knowledgeable lady at the front shack, very nice staff. Nice pontoon boat. Rates are similar to others.”

“I am an older gentleman and desperately needed to use the restroom. Maulik a.Vyas was on duty at the time and allowed me its use. I was in extreme need and he showed me where it was. The restroom was very clean up to Covid standards with soap dryer and facilities in good working order. The store proper was clean, well stocked and all shelves were straight and neat. Proper signage was in evidence. The floors were clean and uncluttered. The grounds were also free of debris and clean. Mr. Vyas was extremely courteous and polite and should be given a raise.
