“I love Salon D. The location is great- practically right off the Saw Mill Parkway in Mt. Kisco. It's right near Target and A&P as well. There's plenty of parking in the front or rear of the building. The salon is spacious and clean- has a modern feel with some neat architectural elements. The staff is very courteous, professional and friendly. My preferred stylist is Kim L. I've been going to her for years and have never been disappointed with color or cut. Kim is a true gem! I learned about the salon by googling reviews of places that use Kerastase products and I’m so glad to have found this one. When I looked up Beauty x Mark, I was really interested in the calligraphy haircut, which I had never heard of before. There really are not many places that offer it. When I read reviews, I found a lot of great reviews that mentioned Helen, so I was hoping to get an appt with her. To my luck there was a cancellation and I got in for the next morning. Joie welcomed me into the salon, like an old friend you can’t wait to catch up with. Helen is one of the owners and she is just incredible. Not only stunning, but warm, funny and the girl knows her stuff! She is a Gold Level Calligraphy artist, which is very hard to come by and takes years of experience and education. I’ve had the same old, boring, straight haircut for years, having fallen into a mommy rut. I didn’t bring a picture, I didn’t even know what I wanted (which is literally the worst for a hair stylist to work with, so I’m sorry I did that to her lol) but let me tell you… Helen somehow went into my brain and knew exactly what I wanted. I now have a sexy, curtain bang haircut that makes me feel like a million bucks. My hair feels incredible and she gave me so many tips to manage by myself. I’m thankful to have found a home there. Highly recommend!”
