I went in for a repeat C-section and every staff member I encountered made me feel extremely relaxed and at ease about the procedure. The anesthesiologist was absolutely great and talked to me the entire time to ensure everything went smoothly. The nursery staff was amazing at taking my daughter at night so I could get some rest. I've never met more friendly nurses than I did with those nurses.”

“Dr Gianotti is top-notch! Great bedside manner, very personable, thorough, and seems to enjoy a good sense of humor. Hopefully he doesn't always remember me for my Angelina Jolie lips description joke 😆 great guy and I'm happy he's my doctor! I felt completely comfortable talking to him and look forward to him taking care of all related needs. Office staff is also very friendly. I really enjoyed the presence of Jess, too. I’ll admit I was skeptical because I never had surgery in my life. But Dr. Bonheur was kind, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. There’s a reason he’s got all those awards. I have followed everything to the nth degree before and after my surgery. A month out I’m down 46 pounds down and I feel fabulous! Continuing to lose more and be healthier overall. The surgery was definitely the right decision for me. I will say this if you’re planning on doing it go to Dr. Bonheur. He is the best. I’ll admit it hurt like hell but it was worth it! He’s the kind of doctor that will call you on the weekend if you have questions that the office cannot answer. He really cares about his patients.”

“why does this hospital have such a low rating? wow, my experience was awesome. I was passing a kidney stone, unbeknownst to me, and they took amazing care of me. I was seen quickly on a quiet Wed evening, the nurse Janet was so caring, funny and helpful, and Dr Singh was kind and very good. The CT scan guy was nice and friendly and professional too. And I'll tell ya - that IV they gave me pushed that kidney stone through the worst part and now I feel so much better! They put my Rx through that evening for me to pickup the next day, which went fine, and gave me some pills to tide me over for that evening. All in all, a great place, and such a humanizing experience compared to NYC hospitals. The difference is staggering.”
