She provided a pretty accurate estimate for a move-in cleaning over the phone. The rate was very fair comparing to other vendors that I have asked. On the scheduled day, Stephanie helped us with the move-in cleaning. She is very thorough and detail-oriented. There was also someone installing carpet in my home that day. I had a split job so I had to have them come two different days and Karen made the appointments according to my needs and when I had to change one of the appointments she was great about it and worked with me. I have to say this company is great. The installers were on time and very professional as well as very courteous and neat..
