“This has to be the best laundromat in the area! Even on its busiest, packed days, it’s the cleanest I’ve ever been to. The garbage is never overflowing, the machines are always clean, the floor is always swept. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The young man with the black hair always greets me with a smile and the girl with the blue hair always puts on a show for my daughter, making things a little easier on me. The prices are reasonable and the location is great. I can’t see why anyone would go anywhere else!”

“This is a fantastic laundromat! It is impeccably clean—the machines, the folding tables, and the laundry carts. Bonus that the bathroom, floors and common space is well kept too! All of the machines are working well and if a machine is out of order it’s clearly marked and fixed by the time I return. There is a vending machine for soaps and softener and parking right in front (cute signs I wish I took a photo of, “laundromat parking only, violators will be spun dry”. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly and it’s never too busy when I’ve been, so plenty of machines to use.”

“They saved the day!!! We had a wedding at work and somehow one of the bridesmaid dresses became stained. I do not live in Oyster Bay and have no connections to any dry cleaners in town, but took a chance with running over to GreenSleeves with the dress. They looked at the dress (and my sad face) and said because it was an emergency they would help us out. 1.5 hours later they called me to pick up the cleaned dress. The dress looked like new and the wedding went on without a hitch. I can't say enough about how great their customer service is, especially since we had no connection previously.”

“Omg is the name of this place really “Pleasant”? I can’t imagine why because the lady working there was anything but. She was nasty for no reason. First one of the machines accepted the first $1.25 of $4.25 and would not take any more coins. They kept popping back out of the coin return. I tried and tried to no avail. I went to ask her for help and she came over with a HUGE snotty attitude and practically pushed me out of her way she was so annoyed. Then my grandchildren dared to push one of the carts and she screamed at me “Can’t you read the sign? Kids can’t use the carts!!” I was so angry at her continuous nasty looks the entire time we were doing our three big loads of laundry. Apparently Pleasant Laundromat was named before this woman came to work here, because our experience was anything but pleasant. Three of the six dryers we used didn’t even slightly dry the clothes so we had to switch the clothes and lost our money. I wasn’t going to tell that nasty woman because I’m sure somehow it would have been my fault.”

“I recently got my Moose Knuckle Jacket dry-cleaned here. If you have a lot of metal on your jacket, such as metal buttons or zippers, they might get a little bit of color scraped off. Other than that, service was a 10/10 jacket was extremely clean with no significant issues. Great dry-cleaner, although it did take around 5-6 days.
