After failed attempts myself of getting it in the 2nd floor apartment, I called Military Movers of America. Not only were the extremely professional and kind over the phone, but they were reassuring that they would do whatever it takes to make it work! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule within just 2 days of calling them. They called me in the morning to confirm my appointment and were on time with both the pick up and delivery of my couch. Both of the movers were hardworking, considerate, and above all else patient and crafty! They were able to get the couch into the apartment, and they did it with a smile. Also, more important both men practiced health/safety measures to ensure the safety of all of us. I truly appreciate these men, and company. “Wayne is the BEST - super professional and super quick. We needed to pick up our cat from JFK on a Saturday when all other customs brokers were closed or unresponsive. Wayne was super helpful and super quick and walked us through a very confusing system when nobody else would. Wayne made sure that our cat could come home with us within an hour and a half where customs officers tried to convince us that we wouldn't be able to collect our cat for another three days (!!).
