We had a few insurance/billing kinks mostly due to the fact they just opened this new location (running a business in NYC is not for the faint of heart) But the team is going beyond expectations to make sure their patients are happy. Overall, a very serious practice, yet very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.”

First I met Pamela and Lauren The office managers. They both are Bubbly Nice and Awesome. You could not have chosen to be greeted by two wonderful ladies as these two. Mark the Owner is On site and is very Attentive and resourceful. Shannon the Physical Therapist who assets my condition, couldn't have been nicer sweet and Just great and just so easy to talk to it's like I have known her for years. Staff members Jessica, Kelcie, Lisa, and Intern Alexis Are down right Awesome. They will see to your needs, Listen to my rambles and make sure that i am working on the correct road to recovery. “I have a little under 3 weeks visiting this facility and honestly I can’t complain. At first I was a little skeptical but soon was captivated by the service offered. I needed PT facility close home after my knee surgery because I didn’t want to travel into the city in my current state. I have seen amazing progress in such little time and I am eager to see what my end result will turn out to be. Bill is a very friendly and super patient. He answers all you questions and explains the rationale behind each protocol. Steve has also been great to work with. He will support and push you to try things. After my first session with him I was soo happy to be able to lift my leg and gain some range of motion. He seems very knowledgeable about what he’s doing. The administrative staff ladies are soo helpful and kind. So far I am very pleased.”

“The food was good and the clerk was courteous, fast, and efficient. The only problem was that there was no coffee in the coffee dispensers. We finally were able to get our coffee after more than a 20 minute wait and after bringing the problem to the staff's attention 3 times. It appeared to me that the reason for the delay was because there were simply not enough people working to take care of the customers and the coffee station.”
