“I had a neighbor that was bulleying and verbally harassing me, besides other things he was doing that I couldn't prove.,vandalisum to the exterior of my property, which i was at work couldn;t prove then had numerous cameras put up. I had the police here too many times. This neighbor had cars coming to his house like it was a 7 Eleven, some kind of business running out of his his girlfriend's house. I stopped calling the police, started praying more, now that neighbor had to leave, sell the house. he got what he deserved, had to move. I have a really nice family living in that house now. Bullying is now a law, so whoever he is doing it to wherever he lives now, will be getting away with it ? I put up with his harassment for 12 yrs., but would not retaliate as he wanted, so he could press charges against me, but I am a nurse, have no intentions in losing my RN License over some drug addicted person who had a lot of energy to wreck my property while I was at work, and harass my 80 yr old mother who came to spend a weekend with me. “Foolishly drove my boat into Spindle Rock off of Glen Island. I was alone with my daughter and the boat was taking on water. Miraculously Sgt. D'Onofrio, New Rochelle PD Marine Unit was pulling out of Glen Island Harbour and saw us in distress. His instincts were awesome. He immediately rescue towed us into Glen Island marina before boat was flooded. This was a very close call for us. Sgt.D'Onofrio is a hero.”
