My son enjoyed being in the water it was clean and clear. The changing area and shower area were clean. The instructors were constantly watching to make sure everything was done appropriately. It was a small class which we enjoyed. This is a great location.”

Instructors are very nice, call and set up a met up, my oldest went here when we first moved to the area. Clean parking outside of the school and plenty of options to eat Incase the class is in the evening.”

“I started at RCA when I was 9 years old. Although being young and starting a new school can be scary I believe it was the best decision my mom could’ve made for me. The teachers helped strengthen my weaknesses I had academically and they were patient with me. I graduated in 2008 and was unsure about college but knew I wanted to be a teacher. RCA allowed me to be a teacher’s aide and get the experience under my belt. In my years of working there I acquired so many other skills that I apply daily in my life today. I love RCA because it truly is not just a school but they prepare me for real life. Without the structure they gave me I don’t know where I would be today. Thank you Redemption family!!!”

“Namaste is a great studio! It's not traditional Bikram yoga, it's a hot yoga style workout (if that's what you're looking for). I've been coming here for over three years and love it. There's always plenty of parking. The owner is extremely personable and sweet. (I've been to another instructor's classes and loved her style also). The heat is ideal, studio is very clean, and the bathroom/changing rooms are immaculate. I love that you don't need to sign up for classes, it's a drop-in style studio that is so convenient! I'm guilty of staying late and I never feel rushed to leave. My only gripe is that I wish she offered more classes on the weekend. (I don't think I would permanently change my yoga schedule but in the rare occasion that I have to work, the classes are early morning/weekend only).”
