They gave us a schedule of when they would arrive and when they would be at the location to deliver the furniture and they were right on time. We were so impressed with the service and everything was delivered without a scratch, nothing was broken and the assembled everything that was taken apart for the move. Nick and his team were so patient and spent a lot of time, over multiple calls, educating me on not only their services, but how to maintain my boat after they were done. Nick personally met me after-hours when I dropped off the boat because that worked best for my schedule, and he kept me updated with pictures and text messages while he was detailing my boat. He finished exactly when he said he would and even sent me a complete walk-around video of the completed work. I even had the team install an aftermarket product on my boat and it was done perfectly. The end result was a beautiful boat - one that looked even better than new. I am so happy with the end result and the price was more than fair for the high quality work from the team. “I was dispatched to Roberts warehousing to pick up my back all and I got there about 20 hours before my appointment. When I checked in I explain to them that I was a day early and they were okay with it as long as they could verify that they had all the product and it was being pulled for my shipment. I hung around until about 1900 that evening because my 14-hour clock was about to expire and I didn't feel like spending the night on their property, which they allow. So I told them I'll be back in early in the morning at 7 and we will try again. Got there at 7 on the nose everything was copacetic and they had me loaded out and rolling by 8:30. That still put me six hours ahead of schedule from where I was at so I was still happy. would have liked to have the extra hours cuz I could have spent them at home but, you make do with what's given to you. So for me to show up a day early for those guys to be all right with it and for me to leave come back and still get loaded out early I give Roberts warehousing a 9 out of 10 for professionalism. And I wish I can remember the young lady's name in The Shipping Office that has to Bear all that heat because they're too cheap to get her a window units AC or something to keep it cooler in that little tiny room but she gets a 10 out of 10 for humility for doing such a great job and I Warehouse full of men working under pretty stressful situations in the heat. I know she wasn't happy but she didn't let anyone else know that. Good job!”
