“Great spot for a retreat away from the hustle of the real world. Our family takes a yearly trip up to the 1000 Islands area and we are so happy to have found Angel Rock. We have spent the past few years in a rental home, however next year we are renting cottages closer to the water with less stairs. The docks are a bit harder to get to for the older folks as there are a lot of stairs. The staff is always friendly and attentive to any issues we have had. Which have been minimal. The pool is a nice feature for us as well. There are only a few fire pits, which is no big deal to us as we are typically there during a less busy time. We really enjoy this place and look forward to spending more time on the St Lawrence at Angel Rock!”

“For our wedding a few weeks ago we chose to book Brown Coach as transportation between our hotel and the venue. We worked with Jami C. who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Brown Coach allowed us to have two trips to the venue: one for family/wedding party who needed to arrive early for pictures, and one trip later for the remainder of the guests. On the way back, we were able to accommodate everyone in one trip. The Coach bus itself was clean and comfortable and easily fit all of our guests. Our driver, Nick F., was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly kind and courteous to us and to all of our guests. He arrived early for each trip and he went above and beyond making sure that we were happy. We didn’t have to worry once about getting our family and wedding party to the wedding to the reception and then back to the hotel - safely and comfortably. I highly recommend Brown Coach to anyone looking for a safe, professional transportation service!!”

“This was AWESOME. It was rainy and cold the morning we were scheduled to go, and we were all hesitant about doing this in the conditions, to say the least. We bulled through and went, and were so glad. They had wet suit jackets and over jackets, and surprisingly enough, the river was warmer than the air. The rapids were so fun and just the right level of difficult to make it a “wild” experience for people like us who are not athletic, nor have experience. Our tour guide, Izzy, was hysterical and knowledgeable. It was such a fun time, and I 100% encourage people to do this!”
