“This is a great place to come to look for unique gifts. Linda is a wonderfully gifted artist and a super person. It can be very calming to walk through Mrs. Plums and just look at all that is offered.”

“I've had Amal redecorate a large historic home's multi-level entry. Her work, sub-contractors, office staff and billing was perfect. She's the only person I would work with on any future projects.”

“I love this theater's honest, professional and candid approach to servicing our community with the best, eclectic array of entertainment. Their popcorn comes the closest I've had, to old fashioned movie theatre popcorn. Their vegan cookies are local and decadently worth every penny. If you frequent this theater, the Loyalty membership is the way to go. Any sized popcorn is the price of a small, points transfer to currency after only a few visits, points don't expire and membership offers discounted tickets on certain days. I love this theater.”

“I am a huge fan of art and the owner of the gallery is one of our frequent visitors. So, after Lady Qwenolee told me about "Kazuko Miyamoto," a well-known Japanese contemporary artist, I too paid my respects and went to the art gallery with my girlfriend. Every piece was distinctive, and it surprised me that some of Kazuko's artwork was created and shown there. The NEW YORK Kazuko Miyamoto Works 1964–1980, September 7–October 25, 2017, titled: Male I and Female, was a display of Kazuko art that Qwen did show us. You can really tell how enthusiastic and passionate she is about her galleries and the arts. Pretty can answer any question and know the history really well for all of her pieces.”

“I love consignment store shopping. On a recent trip to New York (the week of October 2) a friend recommended this shop to me. From the moment my friend and I walked in, the owner Tonya greeted us with a smile and explained how items are arranged in the store. She was so helpful and She has a great selection of high end designer clothes , shoes and bags as well as mid tier designer items and some many vintage pieces. You have to give yourself time to shop here. Everything is well organized and the place is full of treasures. I bought a snakeskin evening bag, a pair of boots and a beautiful animal print sweater by All Saints .I wore the sweater to dinner the same night and received sooo many complements. I love this shop!!!! And I’m so glad to have found it . Will definitely visit again when I’m back in the city. Do yourself a favor and make plans to experience this large and beautiful shop of great items !”

“These guys are the absolute best! The professionalism and quality of their items are second to none. I run many charity events and they have become a staple at all of them and the guests always enjoy seeing and bidding on their unique items. The best part about it, they don't cost the organization a dime! In fact its only profit for the charitable organization which makes having them around an absolute NO BRAINER!”

“I liked the layout of 3 separate intimate rooms and an open back yard with a roofed bar for people to mingle safely -- nothing like open air. The selection of work was incredible. I thought being there for 2.5 hours on an opening was not enough. It draws an interesting crowd that fascinated me. I will miss gems like these when I leave Brooklyn next year.”

“This gallery was a nice surprise to stumble upon. The art is curated very well and is phenomenally fantastic to enjoy; such a visual sweet treat. Some of the pieces were very moving and were almost bringing me to tears at some point. The gallery was organized and very clean looking. This is for sure a great spot in East Village to check out some art in between stops for food and fun.”

“4.5 stars ... Nice art gallery off the beaten path. Local artwork is well done/displayed and proprietors are very nice and answer any questions you may have. Picked up a vase and enjoyed looking at the artwork! The Donny Osmond head was my wife's favorite”

“I had an incredible experience getting my piece framed by the Alacrity team. It was super fun to work with them to pick out different styles and materials to elevate the project. I loved the number of options available. It was well worth the wait given the complexity of the project and I appreciated the meticulous effort to make the piece shine ✨ I am so happy with how it came together snd grateful for Alacrity’s help in getting this project done. Highly recommend and will be coming back again for future projects!”

“I am completely biased as I live in Westchester. I am passionate about collecting art, yet live in a tiny home(not those teeny homes) and have filled every inch of my walls, window sills and shelving with local Hudson Valley artists.”
