They have great handmade pieces in their collection and delivered my order straight to my apartment door on the 17th floor, and even installed for me my dining table. “I have a 1998 Herman Miller Aeron chair which was no longer working- seat wouldn’t go up and down and side levers did nothing. I reached out to Office Replacement Parts to have them repair it. I live out of their normal area of service, so understandably, they were reluctant to travel so far to repair one chair. They worked with me through photos and my explanation of the problem, and told me what parts to order and how to fix it. For about $60, my chair is back to working like new. I imagine if I lived closer, he would’ve come and done an excellent job on the repair for a very reasonable price. I am very grateful to Adam for his help. It is hard to find an honest, good company like ORP.”
