“I have a 1998 Herman Miller Aeron chair which was no longer working- seat wouldn’t go up and down and side levers did nothing. I reached out to Office Replacement Parts to have them repair it. I live out of their normal area of service, so understandably, they were reluctant to travel so far to repair one chair. They worked with me through photos and my explanation of the problem, and told me what parts to order and how to fix it. For about $60, my chair is back to working like new. I imagine if I lived closer, he would’ve come and done an excellent job on the repair for a very reasonable price. I am very grateful to Adam for his help. It is hard to find an honest, good company like ORP.”

“Jeff and Joel did a beautiful job with our kitchen. We were on the fence regarding refacing or buying new cabinets, and I'm so glad we went down this route. They added several cabinets for us and an island, refaced the existing ones, installed a new countertop, new backsplash, and fixed a bunch of other issues in our kitchen. The refaced cabinets are of very high quality. Another nice thing about refacing is that you can use your kitchen pretty much every evening during the process.”
