He got us an estimate quickly. Not long afterwards he arrived with his hardworking friendly crew. In an incredibly short time they not only fixed the drainage problem and installed gutters but also replaced the wooden siding with beautiful sage green board and batten vertical polymer siding - all at the same price as quoted in the original estimate. We were so pleased with the way the house looked that we also asked M&D to do the same thing with our garage.
