“Every time I've come here the service is good, people are friendly and the food is great! Even the one time I experienced an issue a few months ago it was dealt with professionally. People aren't perfect we all make mistakes. It's how we deal with what comes our way. I decided to write this review because I came in with my son today. It had been a normal day we came in happy without a care in the world. We ordered drinks and a French onion soup to share and placed the rest of our order. Before our food came out I was breaking down. I literally just found out my aunt had passed away. Jason J was our waiter and he did everything to make sure I was ok. I knew he was busy I could see that. He repeatedly asked if he could do anything for me and apologized for my loss. I asked him if he could just put my food to go. He put my sons food in a to go container too. I was letting him eat there, but it definitely come in handy for when we left with his leftovers ready to go. It was smart thinking. He even opened my sons applesauce for me. Before I left he gave me a hug and again said he was sorry for my loss. This kind of compassion is what we need. He went above and beyond. It meant so much to me as I was it in their trying to cope with the news I just received. He was so busy and still took the time to care when he didn't have to. I know he probably never had that happen before and he dealt with it well. Thank you so much and I hope someone tells you about this review!”

“After 20yrs with the same vet we decided to change it up with our new puppy. I have to admit I was kind of hesitant to change but the wellness plan was attractive since the pup would require frequent visits and vaccines. I am so glad we made the change and met Dr Z! He is definitely my kid of doctor. I’m some what of a worry wart, he not only takes care of our Frankie with care and ease, he also talks me down! The entire staff has been wonderful. From the ease is making an appt to check in/out, they have been great! The wellness plan really gives us piece of mind and takes the worry out of the cost of “another vet visit”. We’ve had our pup 2 mths and have gone for routine and emergency 5-6 times already. ❤️???? Thanks Dr Z and Staff”
