Modern Chevrolet

I had a pretty great experience buying a car at Modern Chevrolet. It was not a perfect experience because we had an issue after purchase which I wasn't happy about. However the manager and Stevana corrected the issue. So I feel much better now. I would recommend buying a car there and working with Stevana to make it happen.

Brought my car in for several things and the work was done efficiently. I was kept up to date on one certain problem I was encountering and offered some advice.
One suggestion however is there needs to be some kind of notice online and in store that there are no rental cars available. Luckily I was able to answer work emails because I brought my laptop with me, but I totally anticipated getting a rental for the day

They are always friendly, especially to my youngins when i have to bring them with me. The accommodations they have in the waiting area are perfect ! Coffee, vending machine etc also a kid table for my kids to hangout at . I really enjoy coming here. Its always quick and inexpensive to make sure my car gets the proper work done .

Can't say enough about the guys here, Brad is the man. Fast & friendly service and I actually got my car back before my actual appointment time. I dropped it off the night before using their key drop service. Mr Brad kept me up to date with phone calls & he was excellent in customer service. Check out was very pleasant & pricing was on par affordable. My car needed a harness for the transmission & I am very pleased with how it shifts now. Thanks to Modern & their entire staff
