Rick has been building transmissions for me for over 20 years, he ALWAYS does me right !
Called Rick and told him how my transmission seemed to briefly stumble every so often. He told me that he suspected it to be something different. Dropped the truck off with him and found out my transmission was just fine. Exactly what he said he expected it to be. Have dealt with Rick three times over the years and I consider hom to be an honest and reliable person to do business with.
Very friendly. Got right to diagnosing my issue. Told me what was going on and how we could fix it. Should be able to fix it in a day.
