I know that it's been very hard to get parts in a timely manner, but everything was very clearly stated in all communication (including at the beginning, so I knew what we were getting ourselves into!). Twice weekly updates, and when one of our parts were going to take an extra month, we came up with a solution (and they cleared it 100% with insurance) which worked for us, with a guarantee that if we were not happy we would go back and wait for the last part to come in.
