“I recently took my children here during the mask wearing rule. We all followed the rule however a separate group came in without masks. When they were advised by the employees that they needed masks to be inside. The group was verbally rude to the cold stone crew. This did not shake up the staff as they went outside of the store and took the groups order. They staff was extremely friendly the whole time in dealing with the unmasked group. The staff was also great in dealing with my children and their slow decision making process. I was very impressed and I will be back. Whoever said chick-fil-a has the best service has clearly never been to this cold stone creamery.”
