“Compassion was lacking in regards to a dying family member by certain nursing staff HOWEVER with the help of an amazing woman at the information desk, the Hospital President Mark Gordon and Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Jordan personally stepped in and and were able to provide my family with a priceless encounter at their hospital. I imagine that they do not deal often with individuals that come and go but if the rest of Moses Cone staff in Burlington could follow their lead, this hospital would not have such a poor rating. Unfortunately, hospitals becomes large organizations based on numbers instead of individual care. These 3 people really demonstrated what true human compassion looks like and should strive to become in a hospital setting. I am forever grateful to them!”

“4.75⭐️ I’ve been going to this CVS for about six months now. It’s very busy and seems to be serving a large part of or community. I give them credit for friendly/helpful staff, discount help on prescriptions, and online/phone options for refills. The only reason I can’t give them 5 full stars is understaffing. Sometimes it will take up to 20 mins to pick up a prescription that is ready. They just need some extra cashiers in the pharmacy. Overall though I would recommend this CVS to family and friends.”

“This is my second time going to Dr. Vossers and his staff for braces due to the fact that I CHOSE NOT TO WEAR MY RETAINERS (nothing the office did- they are great)- Both times have been fantastic. Dr. Vossers and his staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to look into what care is needed for each patient. They explain what they are going to do and the why behind it. It is evident they stay up to date on the current methods of treatment. I could not have asked for a better experience either time... not to mention my teeth look wonderful. All of the staff are great, but I would like to give a shout out to Shamia and Tonya, they have been a joy and encouragement throughout the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Vossers and his staff 100 times over.”
