Nurse Rhonda spent 2 hours with me today just asking questions and letting me talk about all my medical frustrations. It’s so strange (in a good way) to have a medical professional actually listen and inquire about what’s going on instead of shipping you out the door with a RX and scheduling you out 90 days for another check up. Also nice to find a medical office not tied to a for profit hospital, pharmaceutical company, or insurance company. Even my daughter's preschool teachers have commented on how quickly her speech has improved. The therapist does a wonderful job of keeping me informed on her progress and giving me ways to help to help my daughter as well. All of the insurance was handled by speech stars so I didn't have to spend anytime making calls or dealing with the insurance company. Thank you to speech stars for making this such an easy process. What that review describes is in stark contrast to my experience over the past couple of years. Chuck has always been accommodating and understanding. I too missed an appointment once. Chuck obviously wasn't pleased about it... I attribute this to him being a human. I would understand if he charged me a fee for missing subsequent visits, but I didn't miss any more appointments and nothing more came of it. I cannot speak as to what happened to cause that person to write a bad review. I can however inform you of my experience, which has been the exact opposite.”
